Why HEIC is a problem in the first place
HEIC is what every iPhone shoots by default, and almost nothing else opens it — not Windows Photo Viewer, not most marketplace uploaders, not your accountant. Converting one at a time in an online tool is fine; converting the 140 photos of a product shoot is not, which is why this one takes the whole folder, keeps the full resolution unless you ask for a size, and hands back a zip named after where the images are going.
